From Family Recipes to Food Truck Fame
Lalo's Tacos started with a simple dream: to share the authentic flavors of Mexican street food with the Phoenix community. Growing up in a family where food was love and every meal was a celebration, Lalo learned the art of taco-making from his grandmother.
After years of perfecting recipes and dreaming of his own business, Lalo took the leap and launched his food truck in 2020. What started as a weekend passion project quickly became a Phoenix favorite, with lines forming before opening time.
Today, we're proud to serve authentic tacos made with the same care and traditional techniques passed down through generations. Every taco is crafted with fresh ingredients, bold flavors, and a whole lot of heart.
